ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking speedy disposal of the RLTA No.13 of 2023 on the file of the Rent Tribunal (III Additional District Judge), Trichy.
2. The case in RLTA No.13 of 2023 was filed only in the year 2023. The contention of the revision petitioner is that the II Additional District Court is vacant and the cases are posted before the III Additional District Judge, Trichy. The Learned Judge is handling cases of II Additional District Court, as additional charge, hence the Learned Judge is adjourning cases. In the meanwhile, the respondent herein had filed E.P. No.15 of 2023 and trying to vacate the revision petitioner. Further the respondent is pressing for taking up the execution petition, hence the revision petitioner is before this Court.
3. It is seen that the revision petitioner has filed I.A.No.1 of 2023 to stay the execution of the eviction order. Therefore, the III Additional District Judge, Trichy, is directed to consider the I.A No.1 of 2023 and pass orders on merits, within a period of 3 months, from the date of receipt of a copy of the 2/4
order. The Execution petition in E.P.No.15 of 2023 shall be stayed until the disposal of the I.A.No.1 of 2023.
4. With these directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 15.10.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet :
