PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the Inspector of police Melur police station Madurai District to award adequate police protection to the Petitioners during their presence in their properties situated in the Survey No. 77/12 and 77/14 Karuthapuliyanpatti Village on the strength of the representation dated 03.10.2019. This petition has been filed seeking direction direct the Inspector of police Melur police station Madurai District to award adequate police protection to the Petitioners during their presence in their properties situated in the Survey No. 77/12 and 77/14 Karuthapuliyanpatti Village on the strength of the representation dated 03.10.2019

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 03.10.2019, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuing notice to the third respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
