To cancel the Bail granted to the Accused No.1 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3286/2021 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Sivagangai dated 08.10.2021.

COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following common order :- Crl.O.P(MD)No.19824 of 2021 has been filed to cancel the bail granted by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai in Crl.M.P.No.3286 of 2021, dated 08.10.2021. 2.Crl.O.P(MD)No.19828 of 2021 has been filed to cancel the bail granted to the Accused No.4 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4263/2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No. II, Sivagangai dated 06.10.2021.

3.Crl.O.P(MD)No.19833 of 2021 has been filed to cancel the bail granted to the Accused No.3 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3321/2021 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Sivagangai dated 08.10.2021.

4.Crl.O.P(MD)No.19834 of 2021 has been filed to cancel the bail granted to the Accused No.1 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3286/2021 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Sivagangai dated 08.10.2021.

5.The only ground raised by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that the Accused Nos.24 25, 4, 3 and 1 respectively were released on bail in the third wave of the Covid-19 pandemic circumstances. That apart, no other ground has been raised by the petitioner to cancel the bail granted to the Accused Nos.24 25, 4, 3 and 1 respectively.

6.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that now the investigation is about to complete in Crime No.20 of 2021.

7.At this stage, there is absolutely no ground to cancel the bail granted to the Accused Nos.24 25, 4, 3 and 1 respectively and this Court is not inclined to cancel the bail granted to them. Hence, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. However, the Investigating Officer is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.20 of 2021 and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. sd/- 08/03/2023 / TRUE COPY / /03/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
