ORDER

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the objection dated 25.07.2025 submitted by the petitioner objecting the mutation of revenue records pertains to the property situated in S.No.43/2,29A/Sa, 29a/8c, 235/38 situated in Somanayakkanpatti, Village, Panchayat, Srirangam Taluk, TiruchirappaIli District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathy, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse orders are to be passed against the 3rd respondent, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispense with.

3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2/6

According to the petitioner, he filed a suit for partition in O.S.No.213 of 2007 on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Trichy, in respect of the above mentioned property against one Ramayee and others. The said suit was decreed and preliminary decree for partition was passed in favour of the petitioner allotting 1/7th share in the subject property. Suppressing the said decree, the 3rd respondent attempted to get the mutation in her favour by submitting an application before the official respondents. Therefore, the petitioner submitted an objection on 25.07.2025, requesting the respondents not to mutate the revenue records in favour of the private respondents. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the objection submitted by the petitioner dated 25.07.2025, will be considered in accordance with law. 3/6

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the objections submitted by the petitioner dated 25.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner, 3rd respondent and other interested parties within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
