RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl O.P (MD) No. 16076 of 2021 dated 22.10.2021 on the file of this Honble court in Crime No. 17 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANTO PRINCE.G, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16076 of 2021 on 22.10.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition imposed by this Court regularly. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that from 09.12.2022 to 04.01.2023 only the petitioner complied the condition regularly but thereafter, did not comply regularly. Further, ten witnesses have been examined and NBW issued against this petitioner.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that NBW issued against this petitioner, there is no question of relaxation of the conditions here.
