Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the Records pertaining to the Impugned Order in Na.Ka.No.10832/2021/MCA5 dated 07/09/2021 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently forbear the respondent from evicting the petitioner without following the due process of law and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the above case and thus render justice.
