ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a rejection order has been passed in the instant case and therefore, the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous and seeks liberty to challenge the rejection order. He has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.
2.Recording the above said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the said rejection order in the manner known law.
