Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to furnish the information sought in the petitioner application dated 07.11.2016 under the Right to Information Act, 2005 and further imposed him Maximum penalty of Rs.25,000/- in which he failed to provide information without any cogent reason.
