ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Inspector of Police, Mathichiyam police station, Madurai city to award adequate police protection for the Petitioner in so far his Business to be run as Mutton Stall survey No. 70/1, /Vaigai Vadakarai Madurai on the strength of his representation dated 04.10.2019

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner the second respondent conducted enquiry and the same was closed as civil in nature and both the parties are advised to appear before the civil court for appropriate relief.

3. At this juncture, police protection cannot be granted, since civil case is pending between the petitioner and the third respondent. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the civil court in the manner known to law.
