ORDER
This petition has been filed to call for the entire records connected with C.C.No.29 of 2020, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti and to quash the same as illegal.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the Non Bailable Warrant is pending against the petitioners and till today they have not appeared before the concerned Court for recalling the Non Bailable Warrant. When the Non Bailable Warrant is still pending, the petitioners are not entitled for the relief prayed for.
3. Hence, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings as against the petitioners.
