ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents herein to issue the No Objection Certificate in favour of the petitioner by considering his representation dated 19.08.2024 for running the petitioner's Ushine Beauty Saloon and Spa situated at No.6/2835/N/1, Ilayarasanenthal Road, Indra Nagar, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he has sent representation dated 19.08.2024 to the respondents and the same is pending.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that since the representation is pending before the first respondent, he may be directed to dispose of the same. 4.Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2024 and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
