ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 19.08.2024, it was informed that the learned counsel for the petitioner is no more. Therefore, this Court has directed the registry to issue death memo to the petitioner. The notice which has been sent to the petitioner to the address given in the writ petition has been returned as "insufficient address".

2. The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit the 'A' register would show that Survey No.373/1 is described as a Government poramboke and classified as Sengulam Kanmai (channel). Therefore, considering the fact that since the representation is for grant of patta and as a patta cannot be granted, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
