ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner wants the authorities to clear the encroachment found in the petition mentioned survey numbers. The learned Special Government Pleader confirmed that it is a water body and that survey has already been conducted and encroachment have been noticed.

3. We direct the third respondent to initiate appropriate action as per law to remove the encroachment. Notices shall be served to the encroachers. Entire exercise shall be completed within a period four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
