PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2016 and conclude the enquiry initiated by the proceedings of the first respondent within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.It is seen that the issue pertains to providing water connection to the two houses of the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate on instructions states that water connection had already been provided to the house bearing door No.4/182. But he would state that they have not received any application with regard to the house bearing No.1/182-1. As and when they receive an application, the respondents are ready to consider the said application on priority basis. 4.With this recording of the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
