The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police and filed this writ petition, seeking a direction to the respondent police to take action on the complaint of this petitioner.

Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and submits that the petitioner and the private respondents herein have lodged complaints against each other and both the complaints have been enquired as petition enquiry in CSR Nos. 321 & 417 of 2025 and the complaints have been closed by the respondent police that the issue is civil in nature, by advising the parties to approach the appropriate Forum.
