Respondents Prayer :- Writ Miscelaneous peition to reopen the writ petition in WP(MD)No.11108 of 2023 to direct the respondents to inaugurate the New Campus of Government Law College, Ramanathapuram located in Kudhakottai Village, Ramanathapuram District in an expedite manner in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice. Prayer in WP(MD)No.11108 of 2023;- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution ofIndia,to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to take immediate and expedite action to anauguarate the New Campus of Government Law College,Respondents for supplying Drinking Water Facility to the New Campus of Government Law College, Ramanathapuram which is constructed in the Kuthakottai Village of Ramanathapuram District in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.
ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the 3/7
petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Tmr.R.Alagumani Advocate for the petitioner and of P.Thilakkumar, Government Advocte for the respondent the court made the following order: "This petition is filed to re-open W.P(MD)No.11108 of 2023 since the Government Law College, Ramanathapuram, was not shifted to its own building as per the undertaking given by the learned Additional Advocate General.
2. It is now stated that after inauguration on 12.08.2024, the Government Law College, Ramanathapuram, has been shifted to its own building.
