Seeking Mandamus to survey the land in Survey Nos. 300, 303 and 311 situated at Kadayanallur Town, Tirunelveli District, the petitioner has filed this writ petition in the year 2017. 2.Today(29.01.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents based on the written instructions, which he has received from the Tahsildar, Kadayanallur submits that the land sought to be surveyed in Survey Nos.300, 303 and 311 were classified as follows:- S.No.300 - Sarkar Poramboke S.No.301 - Annamalainathar Temple S.No.303 - Arulmighu Kadakaleeshwarar Temple. 2/4
