: Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to appoint Thiru P.Chinnaraja, advocate as Special Public Prosecutor under Section Rule 4 Sub-rules 5 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Rules 1995 to conduct the trial of the case in S.C.No.122 of 2013 pending on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Tirunelveli.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent No.1 to appoint Thiru P.Chinnaraja, advocate as Special Public Prosecutor under Section Rule 4 Sub-rules 5 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Rules 1995 to conduct the trial of the case in S.C.No.122 of 2013 pending on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Tirunelveli. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
