When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent has not pressed the petition in H.M.O.P.No.273 of 2023 and on that basis, the petition was ordered to be dismissed as not pressed and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. Recording the same, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
