Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner is the purchaser of the petition mentioned property. He seeks correction of a typographical error which, according to him, inadvertently crept in. If the sale deed is to be amended, a rectification deed must be jointly executed by the vendor and vendee. It cannot be unilaterally carried out at the instance of the purchaser alone. Without making such joint representation, this writ petition has been filed. In my view, the very filing of this writ petition is premature. 3.Granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his rights in the manner known to law, this writ petition is dismissed.
