: Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the History Sheet in H.S.No.360 of 2006 maintained by the Respondent No.3 against the petitioner. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to remove the History Sheet in H.S.No.360 of 2006 maintained by the Respondent No.3 against the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that even till today the name of the petitioner is maintained in the History Sheet on the file of the third respondent. Therefore, the representation of the petitioner dated 24.02.2017 cannot be considered.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation to the concerned authority and on receiving the same the second respondent is directed to pass orders on merits in accordance with law.
