This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to conduct a detailed enquiry and submit a report as per proceedings issued by the first respondent and consequently direct the first respondent to pass suitable orders for rectification of the errors crept in respect of the petitioner property comprised in Old Survey No. 130/17A and New Town Survey Nos. 64 and 65 situated at New Town Survey Ward AL, Town Survey Block No. 33, Ponmalai Division, Pirattiyur Village, Trichy West Taluk, Trichy District in the TSLR Records as well as FMB Sketch based on the registered sale deeds vide documents No. 5845/1987 and 3861/1998 on the basis the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2022 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2/6
2. The petitioner has sent a representation on 05.04.2022, seeking to rectify the wrong entries shown in respect of the petitioner's property in the TSLR and FMB records. After receipt of the same, the first respondent issued a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry and file a report for taking further action. But the 2nd respondent did not take any action till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 05.04.2022 would be considered in accordance with law.
4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.04.2022 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
