ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and limb against the threat perceived from the respondents 3 to 5 on the basis of the petitioner's compliant, dated 26.06.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed on 31.03.2024 and that subsequently, the petitioner has given another compliant and the same is pending.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
