This petition has been filed for a direction, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate(criminal side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint given by one Johns Kumar, against the petitioner, an F.I.R. has been registered in Crime No.27 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 447, 294(b), 323 and 506 (I) I.P.C. as against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
