RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS in Both Petitions COMMON PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD)NO. 12635 OF 2022: Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.14864 & 14872 /2021 dated 02.09.2022 as the 1st Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5000/- directly to the wife and a sum of Rs.2500/- each to the children towards monthly maintanance on every English calender month and to grant extension of time. CRL MP(MD) No.12635 of 2022 These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.14864 and 14872 of 2021, dated 02.09.2022 as the first petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- directly to the wife and a sum of Rs.2,500/- each to the children towards monthly maintenance on every English Calendar Month and to grant extension of time. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Paragraph No.6 in the first line alone is modified to the effect that A1/Velmurugan shall pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) directly to the wife and a sum of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred Only) each to the children towards monthly maintenance on every English Calendar Month.
4.These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered accordingly. The time for surrender and execution of sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
