ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 380 IPC in Crime No. 837 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.On perusal of the records it is seen that this Court by order, dated 04.02.2022 directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police and co-operate with him to complete the investigation and on that ground interim anticipatory bail was granted for a period of two months. After the above said order, the petitioner also appeared before the respondent, but, the statement has not been recorded from him.
