This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass and to interfere with the petitioner matrimonial life.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the 4th respondent, the 3rd respondent registered a case in crime No.8 of 2016 against the petitioner and after due investigation, he filed charge sheet and the was taken cognizance in C.C.No.156 of 2018 by the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P (MD) No.19698 of 2018 Additional Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram and hence, the prayer of not to harass does not arise.

3.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
