ORDER

The Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai, is suo motu impleaded as the fourth respondent in this Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The petitioner is not having patta as of now. Therefore, his request for conducting the survey cannot be accepted for the present. The petitioner has been permitted to file an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai, for obtaining a patta. If the petitioner obtains the patta in his favour, he shall approach the Tahsildar, Madurai North Taluk for conducting the survey.

4. With this liberty, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
