ORDER

Mr.D.Ghandiraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 and 2.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction against the first and second respondents to survey the lands and demarcate the boundary with respect to Survey Nos.187/1A2B, 187/B2B, 187/4, 267/2A, 189/1A, 187/1C3 at Melakkarai Village, Govindamangalam Post, R.S.Mangalam Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

3. The petitioner claims that his lands are agricultural lands and he is doing agriculture. He is also paying kist every year. He had sought for survey of the lands and to demarcate the said lands. In this connection, he had made two separate payments on 20.02.2017 and again on 22.07.2020.

4. Let the petitioner give an online application to the first respondent and refer to the earlier payments already made. On receipt of such online application, a direction is given to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.22065 of 2021 first respondent to examine the petitioner's online application, to examine the records and do the necessary needful within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of the online application. The petitioner may enclose a copy of this order for reference to the first respondent. Since the petitioner had already made necessary payments, unless otherwise required, the first respondent need not insist the petitioner to make any further payments.

5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
