PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge for (PCR Cases), Thiruchirappalli to accept the surrender of the Petitioners and consider the bail applications on the date of surrender in connection with Cr.No.362 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent Police.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Cases), Thiruchirappalli, to accept the surrender of the Petitioners and consider the bail applications on the date of surrender in connection with Cr.No.362 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent Police. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the Petitioners are A1 and A2. The Petitioners has no previous case and the injured has also discharged from the hospital. It is a case of case and counter and another FIR was registered in Cr.No.363 of 2022.

4.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Petitioners are directed to surrender within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or from the date of uploading this order in the website of this Court 2/4

before the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Cases), Thiruchirappalli.
