ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 06.02.2018 thereby set aside the order passed by the second respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The petitioner is a member of the third respondent Society and it got registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1989. While so, the third respondent failed to conduct an election and display the names of the members on the display board. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation, dated 28.12.2010 to the second respondent to take appropriate action. On enquiry, the second respondent concluded that the third respondent's Society did not appear even after notices and as such declared as dissolved. Aggrieved by the same, it was challenged by the third respondent before the first respondent. The first respondent found that the third respondent Society is in active, on 2/5

verification of all statements of accounts, monthly register, ledgers and income vouchers. Even till today, the third respondent Society is in active. Therefore, in order to settle the private dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent, the petitioner submitted a complaint before the second respondent. If at all any dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent, the petitioner ought to have approached the civil Court for appropriate relief. This Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the first respondent, dated 06.02.2018. Hence, this Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
