For Respondent : Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.Not Known of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.Not Known of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The first petitioner has filed a Criminal Original Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17739 of 2021, before this Court, seeking for a direction to the fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and pass an order to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the fourth respondent. This Court by an order dated 16.11.2021 disposed of the above said Criminal Original Petition with a direction to the fourth respondent to issue written summons to the petitioner for causing his appearance before him for enquiry. There is no question of orally summoning the petitioner to the police station and the fourth respondent will conclude the enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and at the end of the enquiry any cognizable offence is made out and the fourth respondent proposes to register any FIR, the petitioner will be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.19758 of 2021 given notice of the same so that the petitioner will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

3.These petitioners already getting a liberty and right to file an anticipatory bail petition whenever, the FIR registered against them.
