Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 15.11.2016 in Na.Ka.No. 3136/A4/2016 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently, approve the representatives nominated by the petitioner society through its representation dated 29.02.2016 as members of the school committee of Nilakottai Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Nadar High School, Nilakottai.

2. The petitioner questions the impugned order whereby the appointment of the fifth respondent as Secretary of the School Committee was approved. Since the period had already expired, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. However, I leave open all the contentions of the petitioner.
