Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader had forwarded a communication issued by the second respondent/Tahsildar, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, that he had called the petitioner for an enquiry and as a matter of fact, the enquiry is scheduled later today (ie., 14.12.2021) at 11.30 a.m. It would only be advisable that the petitioner shall attends the enquiry. If the petitioner does not attend the enquiry today, let the second respondent reschedule the date, examine the petitioner and pass orders in manner known to law.

3.Recording the same, no further orders are required to be passed. An outer limit of six weeks is given to the Tahsildar to pass necessary orders provided the petitioner also produces relevant documents to enable the second respondent to pass orders. W.P.(MD) No.22087 of 2021 Petition is disposed of. No costs. The petitioner is also given liberty to approach the appropriate forum in case of any adverse orders being passed.
