ORDER

This review application has been filed to review the order dated 27.07.2022 made in WP(MD)No.5434 of 2022. The contention of the learned counsel for the review application is that Thiru.R.Srinivasa Naidu, who had represented Tamil Nadu Naidu Mahajana Sangam in the said writ petition was not competent to represent the Sangam at all. He would go to the extent of remarking that even there is no proof that Thiru.R.Srinivasa Naidu is a member of the society.

2.This is definitely a ground to review the earlier order. But then, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that certain subsequent developments had taken place and that election was held on 24.03.2024. It is also stated that Thiru.Venugopal contested and was elected as E.C member and that Form 7 has also been submitted for filing on 2/4

05.04.2024. WP(MD)No.6164 of 2024 was filed to forbear the authority from taking the Form 7 on file. It was dismissed on 18.03.2024. Challenging the same, WA(MD)No.843 of 2024 has been filed. The Hon'ble Division Bench said to have been granted interim stay on 29.04.2024.
