Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and the learned counsel appearing for the private respondent.

2. The petitioner challenges the order dated 20.10.2016 passed by the Tahsildar, Ramanathapuram. This order was subsequently suo motu recalled by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ramanathapuram on 08.06.2017. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
