2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter was settled at Lok Adalat and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands 2/4
dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, C.M.A.(MD)SR.No.68575 of 2025 stands rejected at the SR stage itself.
