ORDER
The petitioner, with a grievance that his application filed under Section 5 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007, has not been considered by the respondents, has 2/5
filed this writ petition.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 3 to 5, on written instructions, submits that based on the petitioner's application, the 4th respondent has issued a notice to the private respondents calling upon them for the enquiry to be held on 29.09.2023.
3. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 4th respondent to conclude the enquiry proceedings and pass necessary orders on the petitioner's application, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
