This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the first respondent in File No.ZF511tPA/2024/TCP dated 28.08.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Though this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the first respondent, by rejecting the application seeking lay out approval for the land comprised in S.No.165/3B situated at Paruthikanmoi Village, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District on the ground that there is no approach road to the subject land and the approach road is situated in the water body, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the first respondent once again for lay out approval after fulfilling the other conditions. 2/4
