ORDER
The petitioner with a grievance that his application dated 28.12.2016 for grant of patta was not considered has filed this writ petition.
2.When this writ petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced a proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 07.03.2024 and submits that the petitioner's representation was considered and rejected and a copy of the said proceedings is also furnished to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
