ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance against the electricity service connection provided to the 5th and 6th respondents has filed this writ petition. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent electricity board without verifying the documents, have provided electricity service connection to the 5th and 6th respondents. 2/52/5

3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that only after verifying the documents, the service connection was provided in the name of the 5th and 6th respondents.

4.This Court considered the rival submission and perused the materials placed on record.

5.Though notice was served on the 5th and 6th respondents, there is no representation.

6.The petitioner claims that she is the owner of the property. The respondent electricity board claims that only after verifying the documents, service connection was provided in the name of the 5th and 6th respondents. While being so, this court directs the petitioner to produce the documents in her support to the respondent electricity board. The respondent electricity board on receipt of such documents, shall conduct an enquiry by providing an opportunity of hearing to the 5th and 6th respondents and shall take 3/53/5

a decision within a period of twelve weeks from thereon.

7.The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
