The petitioner with a grievance that he has been ex-communicated from participating in the temple festival, submitted a representation to the official respondents and has also filed this petition.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the petitioner's representation has been considered by the Tahsildar concerned and he has submitted a report that the other parties have not raised any objection for the petitioner to 3/6

participate in the temple festival and also to pay the thalakattu vari (tax) for the same.
