O R D E R

The petitioner has challenged the suspension order in this writ petition. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that 1/4

subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the suspension which is challenged in this writ petition has been revoked. However, subsistence allowance has not been paid to the petitioner for the suspended period.

2.In view of the fact that the suspension has been revoked by the respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous, however liberty is granted to the petitioner to give a representation to the respondent seeking for payment of subsistence allowance and other monetary benefits for the suspended period within a period of two [2] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said representation, the respondent shall consider the same on merits and in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
