The Writ is for a Mandamus to the respondents 1 to 4, to consider the objections of the villagers and the petitioner, before issuing No Objection Certificate to the 5th respondent, for installation of Petroleum Retail Outlet in S.F.No.560/1B of Veppathur Village, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District. 2.

The learned counsel for the 5th respondent states that even as early as on 09.08.2021, No Objection Certificate has been issued and the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
