ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to conclude the investigation by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2024 within a time frame. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint lodged by one Samidhas, FIR came to be registered in Cr.No.581 of 2024 and that though the petitioner has lodged a complaint prior to the complaint of the said Samidhas, the second respondent has not registered FIR.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the compliant given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.1132 of 2024, that during enquiry, they came to know that the petitioner has admitted in the hospital, without any injuries, only for the purpose of registering case against the said Samidhas and hence, the complaint was ordered to be closed. 2/4

4.Recording the same, this writ petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to file a petition under Section 156(3) or 200 Cr.P.C., if so advised. No costs.
