ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the respondents to grant patta in the name of the petitioner for the land in Survey No.148/5 at Ettunaickenpatti Village, Kayathar Taluk. 2.A perusal of the records which have been filed along with the writ petition indicates that the petitioner has been served with notice under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905, by the Tahsildar on 16.05.2024 stating that the petitioner has encroached the aforesaid land and while proceeding to evict him should not be instituted. After receipt of this notice, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.In the light of the above, the relief claimed in the writ petition cannot be granted. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
