ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption "For Extension of Time" and upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court dated 14.12.2021 and requistion letter submitted by the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari vide letter in D.No.345/2022 , dated 11/04/2022, this court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.60 of 2020. 2.This Court, by order, dated 14.12.2021 directed the Court below to dispose of the case in C.C.No.60 of 2020 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now the Court below seeks further three months time to dispose of the said case.

CRL OP(MD). No.19771 of 2021 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.60 of 2020 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
