ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. I.Murugesan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M.Veeranthiran, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD). No. 16946 of 2022, dated 22.09.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, police.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is hereby fully relaxed.
