The second respondent in both the Contempt Petitions did not file the appeal within 15 days.
2. It is submitted that subsequently, on 25.07.2019 the second respondent in both the Contempt Petitions filed appeals and the appeals were also allowed by the first respondent / District Collector, Karur District.
