Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is figuring as accused No.2 in C.C. No.112 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar. He seeks speedy disposal.

3. The accused is also entitled to expeditious trial. Taking into account the overall facts and circumstances of this case, the learned trial Magistrate is directed to dispose of C.C.No.112 of 2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of the next hearing date.
